still don't buy it. I eat blueberries but this is bologona they're not some magic superfood
I've been eat half a pint to 200g a day for weeks now. Couple weeks ago, I was eating whole pints with some yogurt.
Flash freeze some fresh ones and bag em up for later. Cheaper and better than those frozen bags at the store.
I use parchment paper to do get 3 layers of berries in one pan or about 2 pints a layer for the freezer.
Sam’s Club or Costco type stores sell them for about half the price of grocery stores. My weekly 2500g purchase is about $20-30 depending on the season
Thanks for the tip on bilberries. I’ve never heard of them until this thread. I live in a similar climate to where they grow in Europe and enjoy growing my own berries. I’m going to look into acquiring some plants.

Wouldn't any other fruits be just as healthy?
I just realized I have about eight or nine pounds of frozen strawberries since they go on sale quite often.
Nah dude we can pound some blueberries any time man, let's make it happen
I do and it doesnt seem to have any bad effects. Try a pound of dried cranberries if you want the most explosive shits of your life.
Aside from the fact that you're eating 35-40g of sugar, it's not too bad.
So a normal pop equals a point of blueberries? Cool
Blueberries fight heart disease and cancer. Also helps prevent parkinsons
>Blueberries fight heart disease and cancer. Also helps prevent parkinsons
sounds like bullshit

tl;dr blueberries are anti-inflammatory and thus can reduce the risk of heart disease and neurological decline

You Black person brain hillbilly, every plant has medicinal properties.
They're called phytochemicals.
And supposedly a natural estrogen blocker
Get outta here arc
cats if they were blueberries
If your digestion can handle it, go ahead. I think it could lead to diarrhea, thoughever.
That would be pretty expensive.
No, it’s based and maybe 225 cals.
Organic frozen from Costco is a little under $3 a pound if you don’t have a good local source or sale.
>100$/month for blueberries
Most stores have them for $4 or $5/lb. I did get 6oz for $1, that's a little better.

I wonder how much pesticides are on these things, I bet they ship them from china.
Worse, they come from New Jersey
Expensive and doesn’t have a ton of protein but otherwise ok
I do it for the antioxidants as I’m paranoid about cancer
if you got the vaxx just accept you will develop cancer
>just two more weeks
Don't care, they taste like insipid nothing. Hideously overrated.
Overrated trash, still better than bananas if you have acne
Bluberries have been found to have among the highest pesticide residue and that's coming from vegangay testers.
I need to buy my own bush.
I love modern society
All the food is toxic
You vill eat zee toxins & plastics.
That's why you go to a forest and gather superior bilberries.
Looks like they don’t exist in burgerland
Could be. Afaik they have poor shelf life and can only be gathered in a wild.
I really like them.

For Europeans, maybe.
I ate a whole box a few weeks ago and got a huge as frick canker sore that wouldn't go away for like 3 weeks and left a big scar
how many calories and carbos in a pound ?
>blueberries not bilberries
Enjoy your inferior berries, I guess..
I dunno man, I wouldn't risk it
I have ocd and when I was a kid this disturbed me so much I disliked anything blue.
It was like psychological horror.
They're extremely good for you, anything blue or purple is rich in antioxidants and anti-aging phytochemicals
As long as they aren't giving you diarrhea, I don't see the problem. Except maybe the pesticides.
DEATH TO BERRYBOY
my home is surrounded by blueberry plants.
Probably too much fructose. No dealt health benefits over eating a 100g or so per day.
But the real question is how can you afford it. I eat 150g blueberries a day because I love them and its already costing me $150/month
