i dont see anything wrong with it. i used to cook ground beef up, throw it in a bowl and mix in bbq sauce and literally just eat that. its not any different than just eating a plain egg or plain chicken breast.
In small amounts it soaks up the beef fat and gives a nice balance to everything. I'm talking like half a cup of cooked rice to 1 cup beef, really not that much. To me it just emphasizes the meat, but you do whatever
It is yummy, but ground beef is a god-tier ingredient, why not just put in slightly more effort and make something that is much better? Like the effort to yield ratio is great.
this or chilli. i make a chilli like twice a month and just eat it on its own with some greek yoghurt. the macros are excellent and it's very nutritional
yes! very underrated fitness meal. I think ppl get caught up too much in that bland chicken and broccoli shit, when there are traditional meals which are perfectly viable for fitness too but actually taste good.
Ground beef is much tastier if you eat it rare. I warm it up in a saucepan with a little bit of water and salt. Put some feta on top for a treat. >Well done steak is bland and chewy >So is well done ground beef >Rare steak is tasty and easy to eat >So is rare ground beef
nothing wrong with it, tho my gf doesnt like it aswell
Most of the I cook it together with some spring onions and then add some tomatoes, feta and rice. You can also go with some ofen-roasted or air-fried potatoes and carrots (and feta)
She'll leave you once your POB transition is complete

Its good but a tad bit unfilling by itself
Only if you make it into hamburger patties. Loose ground beef is unappealing.
Yes extremely, it's the only way to consoom beef afaic
I season the shit out of mine but if you don't that's arguably even more based

just make bolognese, it's so easy, cheap and tastes 100x better than just beef

Straight ground beef tastes so good when you ain't got a b***h in your ear telling you its moronic.
