But you have extra fat on your body, which is why you're cutting.

No dietary fat nukes your hormonal profile and makes sure you're not absorbing entire vitamin groups.

Okay but 645g of chicken breast has 200g protein and 23.2g of fat

If I cook it in a tablespoon of olive oil that's 14g of fat, so 37.2g total

That + bodyfat is not enough?

2 tablespoons is likely enough by itself. But now you have the issue of malnutrition to deal with. Chicken breast is nearly devoid of micros. At least including eggs and a fruit or vegetable would avoid that issue. Or some dairy with potatoes. Those combinations have every micronutrient. Unless you want to lose your hair and have the skin texture of a moldy wall after months of eating like a moron.

I brown them on high heat then roast slowly in butter on low heat.
Takes a lot more time to prepare than breasts but also lots of fat taste good.

how do you cook thighs? Do you just grill them or what?

They are probably the easiest thing to cook. Breasts are hard because of the low fat content. Dries out way too easily. Thighs can handle far more heat and far more room for error before you frick em up. If you're lazy, cook em in the oven/air fryer at like 450 for a few mins. If you aren't as lazy, blast em in the pan on both sides for color and crisp, reduce heat until the rest comes to temp while basting. Literally the same as any meat.

If you want a super good tip, buy breasts and thighs skin on bone in. This makes both even easier to cook. They don't dry out, the skin just gets crisper while the inside stays juicy as hell. Take a lot longer to cook, but super fricking tasty if you don't mind eating around bones. You don't need to baste them, and they are generally cheaper per lb (because of bone and less labor to break them down). Absolute idiot proof. Even a woman couldn't frick up bone in skin on chicken.

That wasn't me I marinate and grill all my meat. Here's me last year on my cut, no I didn't necessarily have huge muscles but you can't say I'm not lean. Half my diet was chicken thighs I'd eat at least a pound every day sometimes 20oz

        >The very common protein poisoning
Because this thread is about the "very common" literally nothing but chicken breast diet? Idk if a diet of 100% chicken breasts is enough for protein poisoning but such a diet would not be "very common" at all.

    >Rabbit meat is generally lower in fat and calories than chicken meat, which can make it a good choice for those looking to reduce their overall fat and calorie intake. Rabbit meat is also a good source of high-quality protein, and contains vitamins and minerals such as iron, zinc, and vitamin B12.

Sounds like a protein-sparing fast. Those need you to take vitamins and minerals to not get deficiencies.
