    Rugby is most likely.

Strength, Speed, Endurance, Capacity to take impacts.

The one thing football lacks is endurance because plays are within a 10m area most of the time, you get breaks, and not every postion needs to run.

Rugby forces you to have the endurance of a soccer player and the strength of a football player.

Those guys have the exact same body type but one has shoulder pads on and one doesn't.

The difference between the two is one can run for 90 minutes straight and the other cant.

I agree with this. I get absolutely gassed whenever we practice the clinch at my Muay Thai gym. I tried wrestling with some of the former D1 wrestlers there and they're still absolute physical monsters despite being overweight programmers in their 40s.

The frick does "physical capacity" even mean, moron? This is one of those moronic debates where the only thing that's actually being disagreed over is the vague definitions of a foundational term that everyone has bouncing around half-formed inside their own heads.

        football players have zero endurance

Who would have thought athletes in a sport that completely relies on explosiveness don't have endurance.

Football and rugby are the only two sports you have to be a truly well-rounded athlete to excel in.

Don't know about rugby, but in football skill position are called that for a reason, WR and DT require a completely different skillset.

On a tactical level football mogs rugby to oblivion.
