    It depends on your muscle mass. I'm swole looking with a shirt on and my bf% isn't anything crazy. Below 20%. Idk what exactly, but ya. Point is swole+relatively lean is better than skinny twink that's cut. It's not masculine and intimidates no one.

      The more you cut weight the more you frick your hormones up. People also bulk like shit and est more on rest days.

      Any time you see someone with abs they could have at least 10lbs more muscle on them if they weren't trying to look good. No woman prefers 8% over 12%, which is what slightly less than 15% looks like if you're big.

          Having visible abs 100% lowers test, and having them for more than a few weeks means you could have 15 lbs more muscle mass.
