milk hormones are a meme, they are statistically negligible compared to what you get in processed food or vegetable based products.
problem with dairy is most people are allergic to both lactose and casein, and 95% are allergic to at least one of those.
i'm one of the few lucky ones, so i consume liters of milk at a time with no side effects.
