is gym only for insecure underachievers?

>push ups
>pull ups
>chin ups
>walk on the regular, go do chores and stuff
>food
>sleep
is this all we need in the end to be healthy and look attractive?
is gym and lifting weights too tryhard? too insecure?

No, it's simply for people who strive for improvement

whats the goal of that "improvement"?
      your own insecurity?
      to get girls?
      to fight?

      >its another mnmlsm homosexualry thread
homie if youre scared to go to the gym thats fine. Just go do pushups in your bedroom and stop seeking validation from strangers online

i am trying to understand why do it when you can look great with no gym, be strong, pull girls, whatever

You can pull girls without doing any workout whatsoever. And no, you will never look as great doing pushups and pullups as you would with a good gym routine. You can decide to become a shredded permasmall calisthenics bro but if you want to look good your workout is just as comolex and time consuming as a good gym pump

                meanwhile his current body
dicaprio has had israeli casting agents decide his "look" since he was 17.
the only reason you think he looks "good" is coz he is perfectly styled for every era he acts in and his look shaped what was considered "good looking" artificially.

well your mokey brain sees any action as a goal.
training itself is our goal, the privilege of fully experiencing your body.
look at lardasses, all they do is lay around, sometimes getting up to walk to the kitchen, is that life?
i guess the feeling of power is what drives us, but wankers like you see power as something to use on the weaker people, and not just for it's own sake

The sunglasses case on the couch there tells me that she had someone take this picture, looked at it, then decided she didn't like it and busted out the sunglasses to change out the look for a second attempt.

    >is gym and lifting weights too tryhard? too insecure?
Yes. That's why the gym trend started with millennials and continues with zoomers. All generations before considered gym a waste of time at best and a questionable hobby with too many homos at worst.

I don't lift weights because I'm a tryhard, quite the opposite, it's the easiest way to put on muscle and maintain a great physique. Lifting is the best bang for buck.

You don’t even need that. Most women want a guy who looks vaguely athletic and strong. That’s it.

It's funny because all I do is pushups, pullups, dips and overhead press. Trying to add squats but I fricking hate them. I look objectively fit and muscular and get an annoying amount of comments from people. I despise gyms and like training alone at home.

If insecurity causes you to become stronger, then insecurity is a good thing.
