Well the bar is not very high when discussing fitness influencers. He is like the polar opposite of someone that would generally want to be a fitness influencer. So yeah he is actually natural, intelligent etc. so he stands out greatly in a positive manner. He has some dogmatic views that Im not a fan of but thats whatever.
>gvs is weak af. i dont believe hes natural
roiders are way stronger than naturals lol >how can he be so big yet weaker than me who only trained for 4-5 years and weighs 10kg less?
because he is genetically built to be that way
pic related is him from 2019 before he "blew up"
during this time his close grip bench press was at an 1RM of 105kg(no joke, look it up if you don't believe me)
he was always big, he is just simply a little bit bigger now after several additional years of training and bulking, and as a result he is stronger now but his baseline strength is just lower than yours
doesn't matter because he has better genetics than 90%+ of competitive natural bodybuilders and 99.99% of online fitness "content creators" therefore he must be right (while also denying it)
it's all genetics
in his earliest videos he already looked impressive, he had the same freaky arms and lackluster chest
he was also according to himself always inclined towards endurance based activities like running so he also might genetically just not be as strong as similarly sized lifters no matter what he does
Yeah, but his videos have been getting worse lately. He doesn't talk about training the same way he used to, and he's back to making more of those cringe Jason blaha/bloho/whatever the frick videos.
His older stuff where he had short hair and was just sitting on his bench in his garage gym was the peak of the channel, now it's the slow decline. It seems like he's talked about everything he can cover, so now he's just spinning his wheels.
Man what is the point of egg whites, you have to cook them in oil anyway, just hard boil eggs and take the yoke ball out after it is easier than peeling the egg
No because he got butthurt at one of my comments in like 2021 and also his strategy then of repeating the stale memes of every channel on every video was obnoxious. >Greg doucette video >NH in the comments: I HIT LIKE HARDER THAN LAST TIME
But seriously, stop watching fitness YouTube if you're here you probably already know everything these clean cut Reddit homosexuals could tell you. You're watching entertainment that is not entertaining and you rationalize it as helping in some way.
That's an issue with NH and other small channels, by the time you find them you are already well aware that weighted pull ups blow your back up and other things that proliferate through the fitness community. There's gems but this isn't one of them. Although I haven't looked at his stuff in some time
basically this. I like these people, and if you're just starting out in the gym their content is definitely the best on youtube to learn proper techniques and strategies. once you're able to make consistent gains and form a proper routine, just shut it off.
5 weeks into his Guts program. Its fun, I'm on a cut, so I don't spec a lot of size but the pumps and sore are there. There are a couple of things I'm not a fan, second day has a lot of volume much higher than the others days, 4 day has deadlifts 3x3 (still debating about that one) aaand Hack squats (they suck balls for me, maybe I change them for bss).
You can add volume if you’re able to compensate by eating like a beast and always sleep well.
But for the average joe that on a slight caloric surplus and go out a couple of time per week, it’s a good enough volume to trigger growth and being able to recover.
Hes better than that italian arab mutt i forgot the name of
weak
stupid accent
no
Yes.
yes but he's getting increasingly worse
he ran out of things to talk about, also he didn't review Scooby's channel
he needs another Blaha saga

What are those, just asking.
he's pretty epic honestly
GVS is also pretty based
And it was NH that shouted him out first time
Here he's blasting ~~*isreatel*~~ for being a far moron
He looks like a turbo mongrel
That's how Americans look, but overall good advice
gvs is weak af. i dont believe hes natural. how can he be so big yet weaker than me who only trained for 4-5 years and weighs 10kg less?
because you're a fatty lifter, whos followed a meme routine like starting strength for 5 years and made zero gains,
>gvs is weak af. i dont believe hes natural

GVS is a midwit and just spouts whatever is popular in his counter-culture-fitness-sphere

I just cant understand how someone who trained for 10 years cant bench 315 with his genetics. is he moronic

isn't this the downfall of most fitness channels
He's shit and always has been
cringe chud. le anime masculinity. would be laughable if wasnt too pathetic for even it.
Nah, she is. Im gonna do her glutes and abs routine.
Man what is the point of egg whites, you have to cook them in oil anyway, just hard boil eggs and take the yoke ball out after it is easier than peeling the egg
>just take out the most nutritious part
Her body is peak.
>no breasts
>Black personass
get standards
you say that like its a bad thing
