I've heard this statement so many times, yet I don't believe it at all. Most guys that look like OP cannot lose the extra weight. Either they cannot handle the mental stress of dieting, the ego hit of being weaker, or their goals are set so astronomically high they are essentially unachievable (ie: chasing numbers)
These kinds of guys seem to remain perpetually built fat forever. Judging from IST cbt, progress threads, and similar, I have 0 faith that this guy will ever lose the weight, or that he even wants to lose weight in the first place
