      That is weird that it gave you a big chest. I have been punching for a while and I haven't seen any chest gains. It doesn't even make sense to me, as I think punching technique doesn't involve a lot of pec exersion. It's all core and hip strength rotating your body, shoulder muscles to elevate your arms, and a little bit of upper back muscles to retract punches and stiffen your upper body.

      Like look up any UFC fighter. They almost never have big chests. It's always crazy defined abs, small chests, and big shoulders and back muscles.

    Even after lifting weights, fashionmaxxing, being more outgoing, developing hobbies, getting a job, and self improooving it hasn’t changed anything.     I just did a boxing class yesterday for the first time in years and my hands are very sore, like opening and closing my hands. But moreso my entire back is fricking worked. I don’t remember the last time my back felt so sore.

    It is good, just learn correct technique and focus on speed not power. Take extra care when throwing hooks, I fricked my elbow in the bag and got tendonitis in my wrist after a fight
