Sugar from honey is directly extracted from plants, where we extract our sugar for sugar syrup production.

Find your nearest farmers market and there will likely be at least one bee keeper selling honey. I used to think I hated honey until I tried some local honey.

I only know what the pure stuff tastes like, I never tried that translucent shit they sell in plastic bottles.

Honey is the nectar of the gods. Get it local, get it raw, ideally directly from a farm. Also preferably crystallized, the taste is far better imo.

Totally true. The weak should fear the strong. Kinda wierd how only banks, politicians and copigs have full control over violence. All traitors and should be killed.

Raw honey is a good natural sweetener. Make sure you're actually getting real raw honey from a local apiary. The "honey" you get otherwise is filtered (all the good stuff is gone) and often adulterated with HFC and other crap to maximize profits.

      >grass feed
All cows are grass fed. Most of their lives are on pasture eating grasses. The concern is what they're finished with. The big corporate feedlots are grain finished. Whereas when you want "grass fed" beef you really want "grass finished" beef. The fat and meat in grass finished beef is much higher quality. The Omega 6: Omega 3 ratio is also superior in Grass finished beef. In your overall diet, in terms of EPA and DHA forms of Omega 3, you want as close to 1:1 as possible. You can probably go for more Omega 3 than Omega 6 as well. Grain finished beef is as high as 20:1 whereas grass finished beef has a superior ration of 3:1 or 2:1. The yellower fat found in grass finished beef indicated higher quantities of fat soluble vitamins.

b***h what. Nothing. You do not need to add sugar to yogurt or oats. Learn to live without ingesting add sugar all the time. Add some fruit, maybe. Use milk in your oats, it has enough sugar.

Manuka is mostly just marketing hype. Any quality raw honey will have similar benefits.
