Frick you, you fricking piece of shit. Not everyone has the time or energy to go to the gym more often than that. You're just a privileged butthole who doesn't understand that some people have different circumstances.
make a home gym, but let me guess you're an apartment living bugman who has no space

Some people have to work and use their own money that they earned from working to pay for food and housing. Maybe you'll experience it one day when you grow up.

And maybe you'll also experience getting punched in the face for calling someone a b***h.
>"Not everyone has the energy"
Anon, growing is all about energy. You eat more energy and expend more energy in order for your body to utilize more energy overall and grow.
If you don't "have the energy", you literally won't grow, because you need energy to grow.
Step 1 of fitness is to not be lazy. Lazy, by definition, is to not have a desire to expend energy. This, in turn and by definition, means you won't grow
Anyone that actually works out realizes that any time you're tired, exhausted, etc. you get a ton of energy by going to the gym and doing a proper work out.
I train for hours every single day and night and sleep only 3 hours most of the time.
What is your job? You can set up a bike at the computer, you can also set up a treadmill, and you can get bands and dumbbells and use them while working or in my case playing games or reading books. You can do pull ups.
I can't imagine a scenario where you truly can't find time to exercise.
No, but if that's your concept of fitness that's pretty gay. Find ways to incorporate fitness stuff into your daily life and you'll make way more progress and actually own what you do.
No
You only need 150 intensity minutes a week to maintain fitness, which is achievable in 1 session
Also you don't have to go to the gym to work out.
I'm talking about making gains though
yes, stop being a b***h and commit

I'm in no fricking mood for some keyboard homosexual to call me a b***h. You're lucky you can't say that to my face.
That’s not true at all. You can’t be completely sedentary six days a week, compress all your exercise into one day, and expect to be healthy and fit.
If you roid ygmi else forget it
