    I’ve got this physique just with a tad bit more muscle, I just hit weights by muscle groups and focus on lifting. Pretty much just say frick off to cardio and keep core training minimal, intermittent fasting on rest days occasionally and surfing

    In jail in my experience it’s all push ups and pull ups and crunches

    Take away the tats and it's not super impressive. Tats can actually enhance your musculature if you know what you're doing
