    DL is a meme exercise for powersharters and dyels to feel good about themselves, in terms of it's efficacy in developing a good physique it's probably the worst compound you can do in relation to how much you get out of it vs. energy expenditure. You're a pedo and a newbie though so it wouldn't matter either way whether you dl'd or not.

            I know it’s bait but that’s Mr. Olympia. Anyway I used to think deadlifting was terrible until I learned how to properly deadlift. It’s the single best movement for stimulating growth on your entire backside. Really focus on the descent to get the benefits. The guys with the biggest backs do free weights rows and deadlifts bud.

            You have this wrong though. A lot of the best bodybuilders of all time deadlifted and did heavy compounds. Especially Bumstead who is known for building his physique off extremely heavy compounds. He doesn't do them as much anymore (within the past two years) because he's late in his career with no more room in his weight cap, and obviously more injury averse. He only has to focus on maintaining and working on details now and is training with a new coach who likes to focus on high volume isolation work and an emphasis on peaking perfectly for a show. Point is—Chris Bumstead deadlifted A LOT and has the best back in classic.

            If he didn't choose bodybuilding, he would've been an extremely talented powerlifter. Instead he chose to become one of the most dominant bodybuilders ever.

      nah dl are good for cns gainz and practical strength. Yeah you're never going to pick up 400lb+ off the floor in the real world but training dl will keep you from destroying your back when you pick up lighter stuff with less than ideal distribution/form.

      And e-girl are for headpat and cuddle only at least wait till they bleed to put your dick in them you degens.

    Deadlift is secretly overrated. It's a great exercise but if you can somehow get to doing back extensions instead and progress with held weights on those then don't sweat the fact you don't deadlift. I don't know how much back extension stands cost, but if you have high weight adjustable dumbbells, a pull-up bar, and that, then you'll be fine. Also be sure to get some good leg work in and do sprints.
