He only has to focus on maintaining and working on details now and is training with a new coach who likes to focus on high volume isolation work and an emphasis on peaking perfectly for a show. Point is—Chris Bumstead deadlifted A LOT and has the best back in classic.
If he didn't choose bodybuilding, he would've been an extremely talented powerlifter. Instead he chose to become one of the most dominant bodybuilders ever.
nah dl are good for cns gainz and practical strength. Yeah you're never going to pick up 400lb+ off the floor in the real world but training dl will keep you from destroying your back when you pick up lighter stuff with less than ideal distribution/form.

Deadlift is secretly overrated. It's a great exercise but if you can somehow get to doing back extensions instead and progress with held weights on those then don't sweat the fact you don't deadlift. I don't know how much back extension stands cost, but if you have high weight adjustable dumbbells, a pull-up bar, and that, then you'll be fine. Also be sure to get some good leg work in and do sprints.

Rows and pull ups have you covered. Between those and squatting and maybe hip thrusts, you really don’t need DL. At all.

I can load each dumbbell with plates up to like 60lbs or so idk seems enough for now
