        I'm already 40 and the knees are fine. Just don't be fat and have bad mobility in your ankles or knees. It's really that easy.

        If you have enough head space to be bored you just need to run harder. If I want to chill and look at birds I'll jog it doesn't feel like anything just walking quick.

      As a cyclist I agree running is a much better form of cardio.. it's just boring as frick and high impact hurts my knees but also I'm kind of heavy at 215

      I'm not sure exactly what you're trying to say, but, I cannot get my HR near as high running as I can cycling. No matter what even if I try flat out sprinting.
      Cycling I can just fricking cruise with a moron high HR.
      So by that metric cycling is the superior cardio. Running, however, is a better all around exercise.
