            The real line is 2-7 years. Remember those 90 day transformation challenges bodybuilding.com used to have? every single winner regained 75-150% or more of their fat lost, because it's not just the temporary shrinkage of your current fat cells, it's the shrinkage THEN cell division that produces a smaller fat cell COMBINED with autophagy. The shitty thing about weight gain is that when a fat cell becomes too full for too long, it divides and that's why you have more fat cells than you were born with. Long-term rectification is the only way.

      Yeah same. It might not be a big difference but I’ve notice small things. Some shirts/hoodies are huge on me now

        Same. Losing weight fast let's you get right into the benefits. It's fun seeing my abs in the mirror again. I think a lot of anons project their past failures onto others. That's why they always doomer post when it comes to fast weight loss.

    You can safely and pretty easily lose 1.5kg per week. So, 6 kg per month. So, 12kg in two months. So, no.

    It’s a bit fast. I would say 10 lbs a month is probably better. It will give you more energy and allow you to hit the gym. You can also eat more protein if you lose weight slower.

    my ex cut some insane amount of weight for a powerlifting meet and it fricked her "cycle" for like 9 months afterwards. No periods tho, so that was cool
