Is it just not possible for some people to get a flat stomach?

Is it just not possible for some people to get a flat stomach?
I've starved myself to the point where I look like a malnourished war prisoner and my stomach still had fat in it. Like practically all other fat was gone, but not my stomach.

No you won't. Reserve energies are there for that exact purpose. That's what fat is.

You will feel bad if you're a sugar addict because your blood sugar will be low, but you won't magically pass out.

Start doing HIIT and explosive strenght training in different days. Eat clean Black person, avoid sugar and processed foods.

Men usually lose fat around the lower back sides and stomach last. In the lower bodyfat ranges you have issues mobilizing fat so you wind up with stubborn areas. This is where fasted cardio and metabolic style training becomes useful because you're going to want keep your glycogen as close to empty as possible so you mobilize fat again.

    Cut more
    >look malnourished
Because you have very little muscle.

You have more fat than you think you do. You have less muscle than you think you do.

Want abs? Cut. Wanna get big? Lift.

I remember a post on here that linked to an article that described how high intensity lower body training (like sprinting) seems to change the body's preference to store fat there.

at first i thought it's bullshit because i've seen multiple studies where HIIT reduces abdominal fat at least during a cut, but if true it sort of makes sense at least if you're bulking. the stress hormones you produce during HIIT would promote storage of fat there and they also inhibit lipolysis in general but especially in the abdominal fat because in men there's more adrenergic alpha2 receptors there or some shit, making them more responsive to said stress hormones. and all this is why fasted LISS cardio and yohimbine are supposed to target that fat. i believe it tbh.

There shouldn't be a reason why you should hang onto your visceral fat if you're eating carnivore, avoiding seed oils, and doing your sprints. Are you perhaps unclear on how to lose weight or what gut fat is caused by? It's because you're unhealthy, metabolically ill, and it's the spillover from your poor diet.
