I'm 32 and I have white hairs in my chin hair. None on my head. I always clean shave anyways, but it's slightly concerning. I think it's a copper deficiency which is also concerning because that causes issues with your arteries. I've been supplementing a little bit of copper to see if it gets better.

I would think fish would have a lot of it, especially calamari and octopus as their blood binds to copper.
I've been taking this shit every day for years now and it has copper in it. If you take a zinc supplement you should also be taking copper because zinc competes with copper in the body.
Being realistic though, you probably don't have a copper deficiency, there's plenty of it in rice, beans, meat and fish.
