I don't even do them. I don't like them at all. You can ignore them completely if you want. BTW Goku is canonically a weighted Calisthenics bro.
Why not just do squats/leg curls/calf raises exclusively for leg training? They're much better for hypertrophy and I don't care about 1/2/3 or whatever the current meme is. I just want to be aesthetic and DL just isn't very good for that. Starting an exercise with DL like I would to get the best gains is too intense of a compound and takes away from the ability to do the other motions I want to do at the intensity I want to do them. I can get my back exercises from off-the-rack isolation lifts anyways and completely ignore the motion.
never. if you do not deadlift every single day you will lose all of your gains instantly. your body will deflate like a whoopie cushion and you will get aids and die
I genuinely think deadlifts shouldn't be done too often or even seen as an exercise, they should be a measurement of your general strength built by other exercises / activities
if thin, yes; if fat, no
Other way around. Fat fricks have been carrying around their fat for years so they don't need to spend as much time on legs.
fat guys should never skip deadlifts in order to keep the powerlifter facade

don't care didn't ask for your wall of text be your own man homosexual
when I was fat I had the opposite posture
Unfortunately many of us don't stand at attention for 12 hours a day in order to develop the opposite condition
i meant thoracic i just couldnt think of the name
As a professional fatman, deadlifts seem important for correcting anterior pelvic tilt.

I just do weighted lunges, box jumps, etc. Why should I even do deadlifts? Seems like a waste of time
Lower back. Helps with posture.
>dead lift
>Still alive
Damnit, guess I will try neck hangs
I never do them. I just don't find them interesting

I had the best physique of my life when I almost never deadlifted.
The only reason to deadlift is to deadlift
>Starting Strength
>Sometimes I deadlift 2 times a week.
Deadlift is nice for posture and all that.
If you arent able to recover from the last time you did deadlifts then sure
