You also need to start lifting but you should be dieting as well. 260 isn't even that bad at 6'3" with what appears to be a stocky frame. You could unfrick this in like a year.

You're basically there. You could cut hard and look good in like 2 months. Not fitness model tier but you could look solid.

ideally you should gain 2-3lbs a month for 6-10 months; 8 being the average. That's 25lbs at the most; any more will make you fat.
If aesthetics is your goal you need to cut. If you don't mind your bodyfat being in the high teens maybe even 20% than recomp for half a year.

Honestly, I think we are just doomed. I've been lifting and making some small progress on my lifts for like a month or so and I still look the same despite being active and eating less.

I am the other two that has been lifting for 4 years.
Any advice for me? started off with 0 muscle, and i think my starting point is messing with my perception whether to cut or bulk.

I'm 6"1 and was 185 lbs at Christmas. I'm down to 169 lbs now, and it has made a huge difference. Just get on a calorie deficit and lose some fat.
Repeat the mantra "Stop eating you fat frick". That's what I do.
