I was able to lose 70 pounds in 3 months last year just by walking on the treadmill and eating right. You can go way faster than 1lb/week, but there is a point where it'll slow down drastically. I'm trying to lose 5 more pounds, and it's taking way longer now that I'm 160
Try one meal a day and any physicsl activity (id reccomend cycling) until you get to your descrédito bodyfat percentage
look butthole, you're never going to look good. however, you do have a simple choice, either start lifting, doing cardio and eating well, or stay the way you are, slowly degrade, get "unexplained" mental and physical illnesses, get diabetes, have a heart attack. you look the way you do and take pictures in a mirror and send them to be ridiculed on the internet because you are unwell. I'm not saying lifting, eating well, and cardio will fix all of this, but it will definitely fricking help.

I'll be honest. It'll take years and years of hardwork to turn your body into something worthy of mires. You may lose motivation but you must take it one day at a time. And only then will you be able to make it.
Start by doing some weighted workouts 3 times a week. Make sure you break a sweat every time you workout and also clean your diet up today. No sugary sweets, drinks, junk food etc. You can do this.

you are at the level of fat where any changes to your lifestyle would see the weight melt off of you. literally just cut out snacking, stick to 2 to 3 meals a day, and try to go out and run every other day. no time length in mind, just run until you break a sweat, then run some more -- frick schedules and routines, you don't need them -- just push yourself.
you can make 2 or 3 easy changes to your lifestyle right now and look completely different in six months. it will fall off of you, literally just stop being unhealthy.
