Not really. While I encourage you to do whatever you are doing to get on this path towards a better you. If this is all you can manage, then I don't want to discourage you and have you stop doing it, because yes, it will get you there, but it's going to take for-fricking-ever.
There are far better, more efficient and maybe even easier ways to get this type of body. Walking then jogging then running with a proper diet will be more effective than just doing bodyweight exercizes if you're obese.

You can build as much muscle as you want to, it’s not going to show under all the fat which is why it’s better to focus more on losing fat than it is to focus on building muscle, especially through the methods you’ve inquired about which are going to create very small amounts of muscles over a very long period of time.

If you are obese already, you will never look like this. Maybe just maybe for a real short period amount of time if dedicate yourself for a long time. And you might aswell become a millionare if you dedicate yourself that much. It's the very low bf% is what makes him look so good, and an obese person wouldn't be able go down that low because his genetics won't allow him, if it did, he wouldn't be obese in the first place. If I was you, I would focus on getting builtfat. At least take advantage of your genetics, you can easily get big. Of course you still have to cut but it won't be hard as this one.

OP's parents are probably fat but 99.9% of his ancestors up to his great-grandparents weren't. It has nothing to do with genetics. There's no reason he can't get reasonably lean (12%-15%) and keep it long-term. If he actually finds a good reason to go lower (say he becomes a hardcore runnergay) then he can easily stay single-digits BF% year-round.
Go to the fasting thread. You'll lose it a lot quicker and you won't have to do bullshit cardio that burns 10 calories an hour. Exercising with the intent to lose weight is fricking stupid. You have to expend a massive amount of effort to get basically nothing in return. This will almost ensure that you will get burnt out on it and give up. Exercise to improve cardio and build muscle, not to lose weight. Fast to lose weight. Eat when you are exercising, bulking, and/or maintaining.
Cut the weight then start running when you eat normally again. Runners bodies are more athletic in general. It builds lots of small muscles that you don't necessarily see, but still contribute somewhat to appearance and a lot to overall health
Fasting fixes loose skin and the excess fat cell problem. You don't have to look like shit after you're done. Start now and you'll have less or no loose skin toward the end. Just continue to fast to lose more loose skin and fat cells if needed.

Just cut all the food entirely and get it done faster. Get rid of thise fat cells too. If you don't, you will be hungry as frick when you're done and you will just eat all of it back within 5 years if you can even hold out that long

No, if you want to stick to pushups and squats you should atleast mix up close-grip pushups, regular pushups, and a handstand pushup variation for better upper body coverage. You're also not working back so you should add pullups. Then leg raises for core.
