Yes but your diet would have to be retardedly restrictive and basically all cheap carbs and protein (potatoes, rice, chickpeas).

Better yet, what the other moron said. Get a job

Not in any way that won't make you want to have a nice day. With the way food prices are I'm struggling to bulk on 50 bucks a week

    >all that dry flavorless couscous
That is fucking disgusting. Eat rice like a normal person.

Walmart ground beef, white rice, frozen store brand vegetables, taco seasoning, generic multivitamin. If you have any leftover money, cheese.

Even if OP just bought ground beef and rice, I don't think he could do it with just $50 bucks. Especially since he wants to bulk and would need to eat at least a lot to be on a calorie surplus.

I did a rough look at the math and you’re right. Fluffing it out with beans and chicken breast might get closer, but I don’t think I could pull 3k calories out of 50 bucks while hitting protein goals

I tried, I got it down to about $2 a day and can say its not worth it. was the most depressed I've ever been. but if you really want to:
    >eggs
    >rice
    >beans
    >protein powder
    >steamed veggies

I'm broke and get most of my protein from milk, eggs, and organs (chicken hearts, cow hearts, liver) way cheaper than chicken breasts and ground meat (like 2$ for nearly 100g of protein at my market)
You can find people tossing whey protein for cheap on craigslist and facebook marketplace too because they didn't like the flavor

I am at around $100 per month,
eggs, rice, lentils, chicken breast, peanut butter, milk, cereals, cheese and tortillas and a random sauce.

jesus christ I'm glad I never got that shit.
I don't know how they manage to fuck it up so bad in canteens, it's probably the easiest dish to mass produce. it's not even technical or anything

Yes. Eat nothing but popcorn, ramen soup, and potato chips. High fat high carb.

Inflation makes it tough but look up the old "bulking on a budget" series on Animal's YouTube channel. I may not have the name completely right. They give a bunch of bodybuilders and powerlifters $50 and tell them to buy a weeks worth of food.

In this economy? No impossible for you to get in enough protein to build muscle with just $50 bucks a month. My recommendation is getting on welfare.
