It seems like people say that it's very nutritious yet you're not supposed to eat it every day which seems strange considering some content creators live mostly off of it but they eat it raw. I plan on cooking it since I don't trust the seller and chicken is not as clean as beef(sadly can't find any where I live) and I will probably rotate it with heart and gizzard, perhaps? I will also consume eggs and dairy so it's not just organs.

The problem is that it is TOO nutritious, and if you eat liver too often you can get vitamin A poisoning. Influences who live off it just shill it because organ meat is "le heckin primal" but they don't eat that much of it, usually a small amount every day.
Just get those freeze dried beef liver dog treats and eat one a day.
70% protein which is mogged by 80% in chicken breast though. Still low calorie and nutrient dense if you are feeling deprived. Definitely not often though.

It's fine. You're not going to overdose on vitamin A, that's some reddit bullshit. If anything you'll get copper toxicity or iron even, but IIRC chicken has less of it than beef liver. Eat hearts and shit too though cause they're delicious.
