A lot of the height gains after plate closure comes from thicker intervertebral discs.
Even if they get 1-2mm thicker each, that's multiple inches from that alone.
That's also how people get shorter as they get old. The intervertebral discs get thinner from poor nutrition.
One of the guys in the playlist recommends glucosamine supplements for this reason. It has very good reviews from people who used it to improve their joints.
It probably gets destroyed in cooking. Since I'm on the raw primal diet I probably get more than enough of it from raw meat, but for people that are afraid of it, that supplement may be great.
If you can, find a source of raw milk as soon as you can. This is one of the foods with the most critical and proven benefits. I get like 1-2 gallons a week.
