Is it possible to look like this without ruining my body with gear or spending hours a day meal prepping and lifting? If not, just give it to me straight. Or tell me what I would have to do.
For some context, I've been lifting on and off for probably 3 years now. I have a fast metabolism and I take CHADerall so I have a hard time putting on weight (opposite problem of most amerifats). I'm not underweight, my BMI is about 24. At one point I was afraid of running a true bulk because my greatest fear is becoming fat (would rather kill myself). Then I overcame that fear and did try to run a proper bulk but I REALLY cannot gain weight. I'm not trying to exaggerate. Even if I try dirty bulking and eat 4000 cals worth of crap I will end up violently shitting it out because I have IBS, my body does not hold on to the calories, so I only eat one or two small meals a day.
I also always put money first and rarely have time to pursue any hobbies like lifting, my career and goals always come first. I'm griffithpilled in the sense that I have a dream and nothing will get in my way. Whenever I get back into lifting, my life becomes busy and I have to drop gym for a month or two. Then I come crawling back and pick up where I left off. If looking like picrel isn't possible without running a cycle or prepping out every last calorie I probably can't achieve that. I'm only 20 so I still have hope that I could be ripped one day even if I'm dyel now.

    It's pretty attainable if you really run your shit into the ground like a powerlifting block but for anesthetics.

    I'm talking eating till you're full all day and till you're sick before lifting.

    Let me give it to you straight. The way I see it you have one way to get to your goal body. You are going to have to completely change your diet and get off the adderall. You are going to have to go on carnivore. It will cure your IBS and your need for adderall. One step at a time though. Start carnivore and keep at for 2 months then stop the adderall. If you don't you aren't going to live to see your 60s.

    You can look like a more normal version of that, but you will still need regular exercise and a decent diet.
    If you want to actually look like that its roids, straight up, im sure miura studied some bodybuilder for that design
