Is it possible to make gains just lifting full body 2x?

Is it possible to make gains just lifting full body 2x? Maybe it's because I'm on a deficit, but even when I can will myself to the gym for that last workout of the week, I got no mojo and leave after 30 minutes. I am too fatigued and my lifts drop hard. Maybe I am lifting enough the other 2 days to warrant extra rest but I doubt that. I do run and calisthenics on the off days so maybe that is too much

Probably fine if you are working out at least 3x a week regardless if it's cardio or lifting

You still need to eat more to feed strength development. Doing cardio means you have to eat even more.

Let me rephrase for you autists. Can I achieve otter mode with said workout plan. I have enough mass to pull it off I just need to lean out. Is that enough lifting to prevent excessive lean muscle loss
