Is it possible to make gains just lifting full body 2x? Maybe it's because I'm on a deficit, but even when I can will myself to the gym for that last workout of the week, I got no mojo and leave after 30 minutes. I am too fatigued and my lifts drop hard. Maybe I am lifting enough the other 2 days to warrant extra rest but I doubt that. I do run and calisthenics on the off days so maybe that is too much

Probably fine if you are working out at least 3x a week regardless if it's cardio or lifting
you can't make gains on a deficit
Not gains then but maintain and tone up what little muscle I have
You still need to eat more to feed strength development. Doing cardio means you have to eat even more.
Let me rephrase for you autists. Can I achieve otter mode with said workout plan. I have enough mass to pull it off I just need to lean out. Is that enough lifting to prevent excessive lean muscle loss
>I have enough mass to pull it off
doubt, since you're clearly an absolute beginner
you'll just end up skelly
Really does not take the much mass to pull if off
moron
>gains
>on a deficit
Are you a planet of a man? If not rumao NGMI. Better start eating.
