None, orals often have the worst side effects and are terrible for your liver. Any serious guy is going to use test as it's way cheaper and way safer.

Don't know about primo or peptides (aside from bpc-157 which is for completely different purpose than you want).
HGH is not really safe. It is good for hypertrophy, fat loss and bone density but you risk getting gyno and beetus. I don't think that's worth it. You have to decide wheter you can live with consequences of your decisions.
Good quality var is rare and expensive.

Just stick to the usual 500mg test for 16 weeks, if you're afraid that's much start with a lower dose and bump it up, if money isn't an issue for you, but for me that's just a waste of money, doing lower doses like 300-350mg or TRT doses will take longer for you to see results, even 500mg is slow.

12-16 weeks of test is the safest and most well tolerated cycle by far all orals are highly liver toxic and can only be safely used for 6-8 weeks and in that time they can frick your shit up if you don't want to inject test then absolutely don't bother
