thank you my brother, any reason why it isnt coming off fast enough? I'm doing CICO and my BMR is 3k cals a day. I've been on about 1200-1500. I have tracked them meticulously, just thought it would come off faster. I wanna lose 100, it should take about a year right? if I continue like this WHICH I WILL

It's natural for it to slow down as you lose weight

Cut that down to 1,000 and don’t eat on your days off. Ive cut 25lbs in 4 weeks.

We don’t deserve food, we have eaten enough

Can you describe full lifting and cardio protocol? Also how many grams of protein you're getting. Greatly appreciated.

          Based as fuark
I've been fasting for 48hrs, doing cardio for 30 minutes, lifting 5x a week and working a physical job, somehow my coworkers are still more tired than me during the day
          Food is for the weak

you are still making progress so its not even close to being "over for you. you are probably eating more than you think.
try subsidizing cravings with chewing gum containing caffeine or lozenges. my personal favorite is this this but you need to find what fits best for you

7lbs in 4 weeks is solid progress, especially if you're incorporating strength training in addition to the deficit eating. Any faster and, I assure you from experience, you'll look like a bag of skin when you hit your target weight.

You're doing fine anon, don't rush it as long as it's coming off. Remember it took time accumulate the fat, it'll take time to shift it.
As the old saying goes "Never criticise someone who continually makes progress, no matter how slowly".

Why doesn't he just fast for a whole month?
That way he'll lose a lot of weight

You're trying to compare fasting for a month with 3 days, that's a big difference

You need doctor's supervision for any fast over 7 days, but it is absolutely possible.

I lost 50 pounds in about 4.5 months, but I was not as fat and flabby as you. In your situation losing weight fast you will have a lot of flabby skin, so maybe slow down the weight loss, and build muscle along the way. Don't try to achieve anything major in 3 or 6 months, the key is to make the change for life so you will be working out and eating right for the rest of you life, there is no hurry. You will learn along he way. Your weight will go up and down a bit along they way but keep trending down over the long haul. Give your body time to adjust and become accustomed to eating less, exercising more (cardio) and lifting weights for muscles. I look forward to doing and hour of cardio every day. I like it. My body wants it. I skip a day every now and then to be sure I am rested, but I look forward to and enjoy working out.

Spot on, fix your life and your body will follow. Setting goals and trying to hit them is a great way to motivate yourself and track progress, however there will be times after the newbie losses where it will feel frustrating and difficult. Stay on a deficit, keep going, work out harder.
Congrats OP, you're already ahead of 99% of the fatties.

    >I'm down 7 pounds in 4 weeks its coming off slow and I feel like I'm doing shit
Don't focus on weight loss alone, keep going
Muscle weighs more than fat and occupies less space in your body
