Is it too late to start?

34 years old, 5'5 turbo manlet, 125 lbs, skinnyfat with gyno, can't do a single pull up, get out of breath after 10 minutes of running etc. Provided I start exercising and stay consistent, what can I realistically expect? Is there even a point starting anymore? Serious answers please.

You will become stronger and fitter. Get your T checked too.

Also forgot to say I'm balding which makes everything worse. By the way, what's the deal with T, if it's too low will it affect progress? Is it a good idea to supplement it?

        >is it too late to start?
        >immediately vomits out a bunch of excuses that have nothing to do with fitness
I'll just tell you what you clearly want to be told, anon: Give up. Stop trying. You're not going to make it.
There, are you happy now? Now you can continue being a loser for the rest of your life and remember this reply as justification for your eternal unfulfillment.

Based. This articulates well what I always think when I see these moronic threads.

Note to future cry babies: at least use a coombait webm for your garbage OP.

Why? You're 5'5 120 lbs + tiddies and you're worried about balding? You are basically a troon dude. That's like having terminal cancer and being concerned about mild allergies.

You need to decide whether you want to take hair loss drugs or not. Some people can take them without noticeable side effects, but imo it's a gamble if you already have gyno at your weight.

What is that you want? Do you want to be attractive to women? Probably too late for that to be honest. Do you want to get stronger and look/be less pathetic? Then go to the gym, it's not too late to make good progress. Just don't complain if it takes a bit longer than a younger guy because it probably will.

It's not too late for him to be attractive to women. By the time he's in really good shape, after having started from nothing, it would be hard for him to get a young gf unless he has a good personality, but he can still attract women young enough to have a family with

he can probably go from like a 1/10 to a 5/10 but he shouldn't expect too much

Tbh I'm way past caring about women. All my life I have been week as frick and it messed with my head pretty hard. My frame is small and frail that's why I wasn't sure if it's even possible to put on muscle. But I guess won't know until I try.

I'm trying to grow a beard and cope for my baldness, using monaxidil currently.

You are right, I have given trooning out a thought but decided against it. Because it would make my life a hundred times more difficult and would make me look even more like a clown than I do now.

Low confidence is probably an even bigger hurdle than physical flaws.

honestly you should consider taking testosterone. You'll make gains 10x quicker and probably feel a lot better I mean what do you have to lose at this point

Does it need to be prescribed or can I buy some boosters legally? Any particular ones that work well? What about side effects?

I've been getting up an hour earlier for the last two weeks and do excercises. That's not much but it's a start. Just need to make up my mind where to go from there.

If you can get it perscribed that's probably best but you can also just buy it off the internet or in person if you know a guy. It's not illegal to buy steroids in most countrys, it's only illegal to sell it or have enough that they think you're distributing it

What about testosteron supplements you can buy from amazon, is it just snake oil?

Good, now stop worrying about what you look like and just train, it will take you doing that for a year to see good changes in your body so snap out of the looks now so you doing give up in a month

Anything that's meant to "naturally boost your testosterone" or whatever will do frick all. You need cold hard testosterone you can inject into your ass

You can realistically expect to not be as b***hmade as you are now, other results may vary but the even just the confidence gains from lifting make it worth it

I started lifting (seriously) when I was 32, you need to set a specific goal, maybe two but don't go apeshit. Do your absolute best to achieve those and frick around with every other machine or implement you have in your gym to see what works for you and what doesn't, just make sure to give each of them a proper shot, like use it 8 times at least.

It's never too late get some benefits from lifting, but at your age you aren't going to be able to achieve a good physique or any serious strength.

Gains will be slower, recovery will be longer, you'll put on more fat than muscle, your energy levels will keep getting lower and lower. And so on.

you can still get a good physique, just not like top 10%. I didn't hit my peak until after a decade break, and it was way easier the second time around.
also, old man muscle is a thing. just don't be a slob and pretend to yourself that you're "gaining" when you drink a bottle of wine and eat a second dinner.
