    Of course not.

At 28 building habits will be difficult. You WILL skip days and motivation WILL wax and wane.

It is better to do something rather than nothing.

Even if you only work out once in your entire life, it is better.

I would recommend you start small.

Do not feel that the difference is insignificant.

Even if you only did a 5-10 in home workout.

    You will see progress.

Take the phrase "prepare to die" seriously.

    Plan for failure

Lift and eat red meat. You can make big changes quickly if you lift AND fix your diet.

It's always too late to start lifting. If you didn't start when you were 13.

Just the fact that you've asked this question means you have already begun.

    Curiosity is the first step.

Eat more and lift. If you're testosterone is fricking tanked like sub 300 ng/dl, I would start by fixing diet, training, stress and sleep. If your Test is still fricked I would check with a doctor and hop on HRT.
As for lifting, follow a hypertrophy program and bulk, don't be obssessed with looking lean until you're 30 pounds heavier at least.

    >Is it too late to start lifting if I'm already 28
This is what allowing women to do whatever they want without consequences has resulted in. Men who are fricking TWENTY EIGHT YEARS OLD and think it's too late for anything positive. Boys, start being men and push back against women. If they're yours and they're out of line, slap them. If they're not yours, show them the social pressures they need in order to be decent human beings.

Women are children. They'll do whatever they can to skirt the rules, or manipulate, or do/get what they want. For women this means bringing men down due to the fact that they truly are inferior, so by bringing men down, it gives women more power. More power to do what they want (excess vanity is usually what it boils down to in the end) while men suffer, alone, at home, jerking off to anime instead of improving themselves and fighting back against women and anti-masculine sentiment.

START. HITTING. WOMEN. Verbally or physically. Even a disapproving glance will make most women suicidal-tier.

I'd say it's more important for someone who has your body at 28 to lift than anyone else. Or do you want to look and feel like that for your whole life?

No one said anything about women you incel, you're obsessed. Go have sex. Now. Go.

        >No one said anything about women
Which is exactly the problem. Unchecked women are destroying men and they don't even realize it. Truly pathetic. Imagine getting mindbroken by women while they reap all the rewards.
        >you incel, you're obsessed. Go have sex. Now. Go.

Sure you did you autistic homosexual. Guy who hasn’t lifted asks if it’s too late and you go into vitriolic rage spewing hatred against women and saying they should be beaten. But coincidentally you have a girlfriend who you frick multiple times a day huh? And I bet she’s like model-tier hot and she’s so attracted to your bad boy attitude?

You should delete this post, it not only shows how little you know about me (and I refuse to offer proof, but yes, in fact, she was a model and actress and there's no doubt she got turned on by the fact that I stole her from her beta boyfriend - but I have nothing to prove to you, since clearly you're a homosexual) but more important, and more humiliating for you, it shows how little you know about women.

Women love being shown boundaries, physically (and verbally). They crave it. They won't directly admit it, because that's how women work, and their cognitive dissonance is how they don't all just kill themselves because of how pathetic they truly are. But yes, women are attracted to my bad boy attitude, because I only bring it out when need be. Including in the bedroom when I fulfill their (and my) wildest fantasies, and I'll just leave it at that.

/thread lmao, anyone who disagrees has either never had a girlfriend or is so far into their delusion their only hope is, unfortunately, getting drafted into a war or some shit (while the New York Times writes articles on how traumatic the war is for the women who are able to easily escape while the men have to stay behind and die)

It's never too late to start lifting.
Stop listening to these dumbshit doomer memes about it being over if you didn't start lifting in your teens.
Just go to the gym and lift weights man.
The problem is I know you won't start because you're still fussing over potentially not getting the results you want and making posts about said lamentations.

Not too late at all. Start with push ups. Do 30 per day and you'll start seeing improvement in as little as 2 weeks. Add a gym membership once you want to start using barbells and machines. A 24 hour fitness subscription is like $35/month, very affordable for most people. You'll only need to go about 3 times per week. You're lucky that you're already starting out skinny with no extra weight to lose. If you keep up a regular weight training routine for even just one year, you'll be a lean beast with 6 pack abs before 30. Girls and guys alike will be envious of you.

I cannot even do 10 unassisted pushups in a row.
Also, I do have an alien-ass ectomorph beer gut, it just doesn't show as clearly from that camera angle.

See, lines like this make me think it's all a load of bullshit. You probably whisper that phrase to yourself every workout, without ever stopping to think about what it implies. We all die and decay the same, no matter what your 1RM is.
If my actual interest was preparing to die, I'd take up meditation instead. I'm here because I probably have a few more decades left on this earth, and fitness is unfortunately relevant both for being able to live comfortably with my misshapen flesh vessel, and to how anyone else who enters my life perceives me.

This is based, but the question it answers isn't the one I'm asking. I want to know whether my own personal unfortunate genetic diceroll can actually reach a point of good fitness.

I didnt literally mean prepare for your death.

What I meant was, prepare yourself to engage with failure.

The only thing I think about when I work out is how I will act when I start to feel fatigued.

I know that at some point during my work out I will want to quit. I prepare myself for that feeling.

        That is all I meant.

I have the same thing; you won't be able to build muscle naturally. Mosty you'll just get fat and when you go on cut, you will lose muscle. Do steroids if you want to build or keep muscle.

Get any gym membership. Working out at home gives you thousands of distractions and reasons to either not put in full effort to your workouts or skip them altogether. Use the machines to start building your foundations.
