I've never heard anything about them damaging the spine, but they're a shit ab workout unless you've got some way to overload. Do them on a decline bench and try to overload them by holding a plate
It is one of the most common facts. They will 100% frick you up and they fricked up my spine 14 years ago when i wasn't lifting i tought that i will get a six pack by doing this dumb shit.
I would also say they contributed to my back issues, I used to do them even years ago when I was a kid. Definitely an exercise I would avoid completely.
i agree, i used to do situps with 50 lbs of weight held behind my head in my basement many years ago, and my back is indeed fricked up to hell now and forever
Yes, it is true. Started doing situps and now whenever I do them, by the middle of the movement, my back cracks. Every. Single. Time. Independent of how fast or slow I go.
Stopped doing them entirely.
How is his back OK after that? Physics anons explain
He probably strained his back but may not have injured considering the fact he is using a bunch of low weight bumper plates to make it look more impressive than it is.
I'd like to damage her spine if you know what I mean.
can you put it a bit simpler? i dont get it
I cerebrate he wants to frick her so deplorable that her spine has perpetual chronic pain from the thrashing he would distribute.
Tehehe he grabbing Batty’s bat-ass
???
Excuse me?
Damn, I have a 128 IQ and I can't even begin to comprehend your statement. Please elaborate, anon!
i'd put my face in between her boobs and go blbllblblblbllbooobllblboblblblblblblboblblblblblblblblblbleblebleblobboblb if you get what im saying.
I'd sit her up if you know what I mean

what did you replace them with? crunches?
Ab roller and a bit of leg raises
This. I do decline situps with 50-75 extra lbs at the end of my deadlift sessions b
Gojo died.
Who?
NO WAY AIN'T NO WAY BRO
>Yeah it "might be" harmful in long term
So why do it at all? Old age is painful already. Find better exercises like hanging leg raise.
This woman can only be satisfied by BBC
Buck breaking wiener?
I just know she have taken dozens of BBC
Hanging knee raises are superior:
>decompress spine
>strengthen rotator cuff
>improve grip strength
Just do hanging L-sits and reverse crunches. Maybe planks.
Can frick you up, yes. Just do leg raises and crunches like a normal person.
difference between a crunch and a sit up?
regular/decline/ghd situps done properly won't hurt your back. moronic straight-back military "situps" will.
they're just a shitty exercise compared to a bunch of other core/ab workouts
Yes, it is true. Started doing situps and now whenever I do them, by the middle of the movement, my back cracks. Every. Single. Time. Independent of how fast or slow I go.

do planks instead or use an ab crunching machine that supports your back
>posts bugpeople
>do planks like a moron
imagine thinking planks aren't a good exercise for your core that puts less stress on your back than situps
mommy milkies
milky milky milky
I do cable crunches. They are gloated.
leg lifts are best
She looks like she fricks teen BBCs
Damn whose mom is that
She is really attractive for a 55 year old woman.
Pretty much any exercise will frick you up if you're doing it wrong
Does bending over damage your spine?
Or arching while benching 2pl8s?
Or OHP?
How is his back OK after that? Physics anons explain
Apparently round back deadlifts don't snap your spine instantly, they give injuries over time if you do it like that as a habit.
>all those low weight bumper plates
Pathetic.
He probably strained his back but may not have injured considering the fact he is using a bunch of low weight bumper plates to make it look more impressive than it is.
>Is it true that sit-ups damage your spine or is that a myth?
just hang from a bar for 1min every day and all ur spine posture shoulder problems will be a thing of the past
