As long as your macros are in line and you aren't over consuming fat and carbs along with eating too much ground beef then your fine.
If you ever want to switch it up Bison is a great substitute and I honestly prefer the taste now.
Only drawback that its about twice the price.

Where is your genetic lineage? Most people operate better getting higher Omega-3s than Omega-6s and 9s. It's pretty calorie dense and quite lifegiving after a hard workout, but I like switching between lamb, bison, steak, ground sausage, fish, ground beef and chicken so I don't load up on any one animal flesh too much. My go to snack is a venison bar since beef jerky is just more beef. Yes I'm autistic.
Hope not, thats what ive been doing for a long time

I do eat it every day with rice and so far so good. I was thinking about cutting it 50/50 with ground turkey though.
No.
Is it unhealthy to post the same thread every day?
It's better to have some variety. Pork, chicken, turkey...
No, but you need to eat a lot of tomatos/cucumber to avoid getting too acidic.
You're moronic.
