nah sometimes I smoke weed and my knees will hurt worse it's very contradictory. I think it has something to do with being high making me more aware of my body in some cases and therefore realizing my knees are aching
When I started training like a bro (chest machines, one arm rows, lateral raises, tricep extensions and curls) all my joint pains, especially in the lower back, went away.
It seems to be the only solution to mine to, I been taking a break and get back from a dead lifting injury. But my wrists hurt, some mid forearm pain, occasionally my left shoulder middle dealt and my inner knees. When I train regularly and do cardio I don't even notice these pains anymore. Occasionally just my left knee slightly but once I run its better
Pretty much. Lifting weights and eating healthily cause all back pain to go away. I use to be in pain rolling out of bed, ends up I was just a fat flabby piece of shit
Joint pain is, to the best of my knowledge, almost entirely caused by consuming inappropriate foods that cause inflammation in your body. A gluten-intolerant consuming gluten, a sugar-intolerant consuming sugar, an oxalate intolerant consuming lentils/legumes/leafy greens, etc.
Ceasing the activities through an elimination diet or by taking sufficient supplements that binds away the inflammatory issues and passes them entirely (such as glucosamine to gluten) is the proper solution to joint pain, as well as IBS and possibly depression/schizophrenia/some other mental disorders.
>best of my knowledge, almost entirely caused by consuming inappropriate foods
wrong. You can be predisposed to get arthritis like me. I worked out and ate well and still got arthritis at 32, specifically ankalyzing spondilitis and it is slowly destroying my joints and back. No matter how much exercise, healthy food, and stretching its a losing battle, so go out and destroy your body while you still have time.
I'd say you're lucky and enjoy while it lasts.
I'm almost 34 and have no joint pain either, except a little in my shoulder. But I deserve it cuz I was drunk one day, did something stupid and fricked it up, so it's my fault. Still mostly doesn't bother me tho.
But I had friends when I was in my early 20s who were even younger (early teens) who had knee pains for reasons they don't know (said they didn't injure it, didn't play football, etc). Most of them were overweight tho so maybe that's why
Age isn't the only thing. The difference is when you are young it might heal, or not flare up until you get old and decrepit.
Solution? don't get decrepit until you have to.
Doing bodyweight or higher rep work fixes that issue.
Doing it with my mom of 67 years old, done it with myself too.
If I stay lazy mode my back and knees flare up. If I lift at a reasonable intensity it goes away.
Joint pain is what you get when in your 50s and 60s. The internet just drastically accelerates everything ageing wise and anyone who says it's not the case is "copeing". Miserable people also feel the need to attest to how terrible getting older is because they want to spread their misery to others. And why do they do it, what's the motivation? I don't know, same with buttholes about height, buttholes about face, buttholes about ethnicity (slightly sympathetic to this one given clownworld), just don't listen to such negative people. They play on your doubts and insecurities to try to drag you down with them.
There are some cases where certain diseases can cause issues, also a past injury can be a significant cause of joint pain, but I think a large portion it’s just that a lot of people are overweight, and have little no supporting muscle in key areas.
If you are in good shape, and don’t have a history of injuries, there would be little chance of constant joint pain.
>I'm a millennial and feel nothing.
enjoy nothing while it lasts. After decades of skiing, snowboarding, mountain biking, water skiing, wake boarding, cliff jumping, motorcycle racing and all the crashes and related injuries including almost breaking my neck twice, I am always stiff and walk funny, but it was worth it. Nothing worse than doing nothing your whole life and claiming you are pain free at 70 and realizing you wasted your youth.
I'm a zoomer (19) and have joint pain 🙁
>I'm a millennial
>I'm a zoomer
If you identify with a generation you're fricked in the head and should spend less time online. It's not normal.
It's an easy way to denote an age range. Chill.
It comes and goes. I think I busted some of my stuff by cutting hard and doing elbow stressing isometrics.
I'm 33 and it gets worse every year. Takes an hour or two after waking up to have them "lubed up" so I can't do early workouts anymore
Which joint do you feel pain in? Could be rheumatoid arthritis
More like joint dysfunction
Caused by wearing down cartilage over life
Especially bad for fatties
Yeah, weed is a pain reliever.
my back hurts when i smoke weed, maybe its skunk weed

I think its based a lot on genetic and if you have history of arthritis, also diet and if you eat inflammatory foods. Omega 3 helps
I am a 33 and blast omega 3's and eat tuna etc and feel fine
I lost weight and my joint pain went away.

I think it's unavoidable when you lift heavy for a prolonged period of time.
32 and only get some pain in my wrists sometimes when benching. Not even really joint pain though it's more tendon pain I think.
Ringfit on the Nintendo switch will fix all joint pain in men before they are retired
Do on random, max difficulty 3-4 times a week for 1-2 hours

How the frick are you supposed to find out what's what when there are so many different variables?
Ask your doctor, see if there's a way to test. Some intolerances can be detected.
We have a winner.
Add to that proper release of muscle and your body will feel a lot "newer".
Wheat schizzos will hunt you down

I know why every pain happens, or has happened.

>mfw the predator just shakes his head, packs up his shit, and leaves instead of killing me and taking my skull and spine as trophy
Who wants non intact spine?
