Yeah but probably overkill. You get some carbs your 30-40g of protein you're pretty much good. Go out for a big kebab you get in cycle of treating yourself and missing it so much when it gone. I just find it easier to stick to my diet and have stuff like this weekly than like 3 times a week and having cuts feel like hell.

It is mystery meat with tons of Ingrediens, they do not make it themselves by layering meat, it is grind meat plus stuff and they get it frozen from the factory.
