Too much fat to be optimal, but good enough

Yeah but probably overkill. You get some carbs your 30-40g of protein you're pretty much good. Go out for a big kebab you get in cycle of treating yourself and missing it so much when it gone. I just find it easier to stick to my diet and have stuff like this weekly than like 3 times a week and having cuts feel like hell.

      They're so good.
I had to spend about six months in Turkey a few years back and everyone said I'd get sick eating of them and I never did.

Frick, sounds like a dream; Turkish food in general is amazing. I wouldn't get tired of them either.

In a tortilla with no fries and no sauce it's acceptable.

        rude

what does it mean the meat quality is awful?

It is mystery meat with tons of Ingrediens, they do not make it themselves by layering meat, it is grind meat plus stuff and they get it frozen from the factory.

well, that depends on the kebab
near my house there is a slightly more chic restaurant where they serve it with angus meat
        bit pricier but very good

We are not talking designer kebab here but affordable döner.

beef from cows imported from brazil that were standing in a feeding room for their whole life, blasted with antibiotics to grow faster and fed the cheapest slop (mostly s-o-y)

    Looks delicious.
Also dont listen to the no carb, no fat people. Unless you are a pro bodybuilder you can have some wiggle room in your diet.
