Was having this argument with a friend. He said that you don't need steroids to get this body, but I think you do.
Do you need steroids to be this big?
I've been lifting for 5 years and look nothing like this even with decent lifts. I also had several PTs and one of them said that lifting is a meme and most of it is steroids.
>lifting 5 years don’t look like that
Hm, are you eating and sleeping enough? What’s your split look like?
Also, this is 100% natty achievable. I’m pretty sure the Goose is natural as he’s not unreasonably big plus he’s been lifting for 10+ years
>N-n-nooo he wouldn't do that, I trust him!
You’re so fricking gay, frick off roidtroony
He is been on similar shape for other roles already, this looks achievable natty as long as you have a proper pump and good lighting
The goose may or may not be natty, but he's obtainable natty. He's always been in pretty good shape.
You should legitimately kys if you think you need steroids to look like this.
You just are shit at lifting. Easily natty in 5 years.
It's achievable natty, but most likely he's on the juice, like most Hollywood actors. He's 42 years old, and has immense pressure to achieve a physique for a role that should be for someone 15 years younger.
That should be a year-round physique for any Hollywood actor with a chance of taking their top off that about a billion people will see sooner or later. It's a part of their job.
No roids, that shot is perfect posing/lighting. He looks great, but if you saw him standing in a neutral position seconds after this shot was taken you wouldnt think he was on roids.
This and gosling weighs 168lbs
168
ONE HUNDRED AND SIXTY EIGHT
my man is literally 60lbs of pure muscle short of a competition build.
>Is Ken on steroids
yes
>do you need steroids to be this big
no
this is a pretty low bar to think someone isn't natty
also buy an ad
Not at all. He’s 168 at 10-12% body fat is all, that shot is almost entirely posing.
He’s not unnaturally lean, nor is he really that big, he’s just in very good shape, with expert posing, lighting and makeup to make it look even better than it normally is
Hollywood is 100% fake. It might just be CGI for all we know.
That seems to be pretty common these days, if reports from "people in the industry" are true.
I'm bigger than him after 10 months going to the gym.
I'm certain 99% of this board has never stepped into a gym.
Starting to get that feel after lifting only since the middle of June. Came here for advice initially, now I just lol at the coping fats.
Post body
gosling is 10-12% body fat
if you're sitting at 15%+ you can easily look bigger but being bigger than him at his body fat is relatively difficult
>I'm bigger than him after 10 months going to the gym.
>I'm certain 99% of this board has never stepped into a gym.
>look nothing like this even with decent lifts
You're not eating enough. That's easily natty.
Most likely he's roiding. Remember he's 42. While it might technically be possible natty, most 42 year olds who look like that are on gear.
He's a Hollywood actor in his 40s, ofc he's not natty.
People saying "it's just posing" didn't see the movie, he looks like that all throughout the shirtless scenes.
His physique is attainable if you're athletic and have good genetics.
i imagine ryan gets a pump before a shirtless scene
an actor would never use steroids
the ken doll itself is 100% doable without steroids, and so is ken in the movie
ken doll also has shitty proportions. quads/hams and delts/bis/tris should all be much bigger
>playing with dolls
>so that you can became machiavelli at moving the social pieces on the board masterfully
it all make sense know
you are Trenough
It all depends on your height
He is on steroids yes. No you don't need to take steroids to look like that.
Gosling actually lifts and has been lifting for years. Probably natty in this case.
>IST is well aware of the light frauding phenomenon that will still work on an old android with a dirty mirror selfie
>Millions of dollars of lighting equipment in an actual movie studio, with an entire staff of the country's best make up artists ready to contour abs, with a dance choreographer figuring out the best ways to pose their actors to show off their bodies during a song/dance number, and a tired, overworked editing intern who wrote a "bulk up with one button press" macro in their editing software cannot in anyway make you look unnaturally muscular.
>Gosling MUST have taken steroids for a product placement movie that wasn't even guaranteed to be a hit.
He’s not on steroids but he has a team of PT’s nutritionists and all the time in the world to train and recover properly so it’s pretty unAchieveable without millions of dollars still
Goose has said multiple times that half of his time preparing for roles are spent with his personal chef, celebrity nutritionists and about a dozen other holistic-hollywood weirdo advisors. His workouts just add to the package.
He probably touches into the whole SARM/Not-steroid realm a lot because who knows what shaman he consults for "health". But to think he's on gear is moronic considering his physique and facial structure.
For once no but his upper chest, prior physique, and age are all suspicious. I’d be surprised if he didn’t use something considering it’s a major Hollywood movie where he was going to be shirtless but probably a very mild cycle and gosling has always seemed to resist the pressure to roid. Regardless, your pt is right though. Natural lifting is a meme. For once though the body is possible natty though again I think he did a mild cycle
Would like his belly!
>Natural lifting is a meme.
bro, just detransition. You'll never be a pure man again, just pick up the pieces that remain and make the best of it.
What is all this "he's a Hollywood actor so he must do it" shit about. A top Hollywood actor making hundreds of millions of dollars for a few movies. They are going to take more care of themselves than anyone, and not want to frick themselves up. Why would they jeopardize their lifespan, granted it would be easier for them to check everything was fine with doctors and stay on it for good or whatever than a normie but still.
What hectic schedule? A bunch of lines to learn every few months or years? A few interviews and events? They literally do no work almost every day. They have all the time in the world to think about and work on their bodies and the money is no object also.
Yes
It's ironic how the message of the movie is "ugh, women are so sexualized! We have so much pressure to be thin and beautiful!" meanwhile every Ken is a lean muscular chad
exactly, its totally swept under the rug
it's a movie about barbie, it's naturally going to be more for a female audience and feature more feminine anxieties
this plus the ESG-pandering hollywood means the movie was going to be like that no matter who starred in it.
that being said, there was a very brief moment at the end where margot robbie said basically "we should not have a matriarchy OR a patriarchy" but it's so brief it's easy to forget that it even happened. i wonder if there was more expansion on it, but it was cut out.
Congratulations on getting the point of the movie
That's the entire point of the film dipshit.
>I've been lifting for 5 years and look nothing like this even with decent lifts.
NGMI
>He said that you don't need steroids to get this body
Correct
>but I think you do
Incorrect
>Do you need steroids to be this big?
No
>one of them said that lifting is a meme and most of it is steroids
That PT is a meme
Having said that I still believe he is on steroids
You absolutely dont need to roid for this. But i believe they airbrushed his torso especially his pecs, which is fitting for his role as a doll
