Pretty much any change in diet does that to individuals, it's called placebo effect.
just go animal or plant based diet and eat around either.
this way you don't exclude anything or limit yourself.
any diet with a name is moronic and stay clear.

The fact that you don't understand the nuance with "give cancer" tells me that you're not a smart person.
For me it fixed most of the health issues I've been struggling with my entire life. Blinding migraines, allergies and asthma. It depends on the organism I suppose but personally I highly recommend it

I did it for a month. I had no brainfog and stable energy, but didnt do it long enough to notice any major healthbenefits besides those. It is a double edged sword, however. Mental clarity during a depression only made me focus on depression and didnt manage to channel the stable energy productively, but thats a me problem.
Also, it might just be that I didnt notice before I was without sugar for a month, but now anything with sugar makes gives me a headache even 3 years after the keto month.
i challenge all ketogays to eat 1kg of butter a day and see if they lose or gain weight
My gp said it's fine. I've been on it for a 2 weeks now and dropped from 83kg to 77kg so far. I feel good, have been sleeping better, mind is clearer, never feel so hungry I feel physical discomfort in my stomach. My psychologist has also done a keto diet for a couple months in the past and he told me he saw really good results and encouraged me to do continue.
I am craving candy or some mint chocolate but I found low carb dark chocolate, then I just have some peanut butter and celery sticks to quench the cravings.

it works great. Just literally eat under 20 carbs a day and you will start dropping weight within a week or 2. The problem is as soon as you stop ketoing you gain it back super easy
Fasting offers many more benefits than keto, and let's you eat delicious carbs. Meat is pretty fricking disgusting unless it's fish or chicken imo.
This is why you should lead a dry fasting focused life with a biweekly keto refill just to get your minerals in

The grease and fat on pork and beef makes me wanna fricking puke. I cut it all off or get filet mignon when eating it, eggs taste disgusting to me too texturally in any form.

But if it tastes weird to you, you may have some underlying condition, in general I trust my body, if it doesn't wanna eat something I don't force it UNLESS it's about weird texture and I'm being a baby or smth like that.
A nice way to see what's up is to starve yourself for a couple days, see if you'll hate eating it after fasting.

Starting to feel like it's all a joke and what food you eat doesn't actually matter as much as people think it does (beyond obviously unhealthy shit)
I think diets are racist. I think legitimately a lot of people don’t tolerate carbs well or don’t tolerate meat well. I think realistically each person is supposed to find what works for them and that’s why you see the disagreeements. I think the idea that one diet is supposed to work for everyone is moronic. Black people probably shouldn’t eat milk, Indians shouldn’t eat carbs, whites shouldn’t eat rice or corn, etc.
Keto is too much for me, however my depression is less after adding more fats to my diet and I have less brainfog. I limit carbs to 150 grams a day.
