The way I look at it, is lifting adds a few points to your aesthetics. If you're a 2 before you lift, then you can be a 4 after getting ripped. If you're a 6, then you can become an 8. It helps, but it's not everything. If you're butt ugly before lifting, you're going to be butt ugly after lifting, and vice-versa.
Having that said, lifting for aesthetics alone is pussy ass beta shit. You should do it for strength alone.
