Is mercury poisoning a real risk or it's exaggerated?
I'm going to add sardines(not canned) to my diet and wanted some tips.

Let's say I'm going to eat 200grams of sardines per day. Am I in danger?

Sardines has some of the lowest concentration of mercury because they are small fish. The bigger a fish is, the more mercury it will likey have, as the bigger fish eat the smaller fish that have mercury, and their mercury is increased.

Tuna is good, but has a lot more mercury, so be careful.

So 200gr of sardines is fine for me?

I suppose sardines are very low on the foodchain, no?

Yeah, you can eat them multiple times a week no problem. Cheap, great amounts of nutrients and protein.

As long as you don't go overboard, you'll be fine. It's the heavy metals I'd worry about if you're going for canned, though it's a cheap micro nutrient dense food if you're in a pitch

You are cooking them improperly. You are supposed to grill them with a bit of vinegar or lemon.

It's fearmongering propaganda to keep you away from animal-based foods.

Canned seafood is still trash. It's better to get fresh fish or something else.

Uhh Jerome we aren't trying to get the goyim to eat fish we're trying to get them to eat Cargill red meat and Tyson chicken patties.

      You idiot.

Domeatic cats now live twice longer than 50years ago because we stopped feeding them with canned tuna.
Sardines are awesome, but many types of fish have toxic levels of heavy metals. A few centuries ago it was still ok to eat tuna. But then we dumped a shit ton of mercyry and other heavy metals into the rivers. Yea, ocea is bug, but not that big taking ibto account how much we have polluted it. I will never eat any fish from baltic Mediterranean or yeallow sea.

Studies are finding the risk is overstated in most cases. It appears the selenium content in most fish has a protective effect that reduces or eliminates the mercury risk. Historical mercury poisonings via fish generally occurred in areas where people ate fish that were swimming in heavy water run off from industrial plants. If you eat fish from a good source, you (as a man especially) will probably be alright. If you're still concerned, keep it limited to low mercury fish like salmon and sardines. The mercury content of wild salmon is so low that they recommend pregnant women eat as much of it as they want.

    >Is mercury poisoning a real risk or it's exaggerated?
80% of Americans suffer from mercury poisoning.

However, it's virtually impossible to get too much from fish unless you're eating shark 3x a day every day for months.

It's a cover up for the mercury poisoning caused by the 50+ vaccines you were purposely injured with as a kid.

Deenz are low in mercury. Selenium help prevent mercury uptake as it binds to the same receptors but as a heavy metal you can overdose on it as well

Only an issue with shark and tuna

I've read some article where they ate a can of tuna every day for a month and measured the increase of mercury which was negligible. Mercury ingestion can be reduced if you consume fish along with fiber or drink green tea. I guess the risk isn't big if you eat fish few times a week.
