I knew a kid sophomore year high school probably weighed 110 pounds and was 6'0 or so, he got abs just doing crunches every night before bed and got them around a month of work. He tried to encourage me to do it with him but I wasn't interested. He got them, looked sickly and it did not help him with girls and the other guys did not give him any props. Try to gain some weight anon.
Ideally I'd like to be at around 160lbs so I'm just going to keep at it and hopefully I'll get there
I want to back everyone else up on gaining weight, but I'll say take your time and do it right with muscle.
GOMAD is certainly unnecessary. Workout, lift heavy weights, eat enough protein, and slowly but surely you'll fill out brother. Don't be afraid of a small amount of fat during a bulk, but coming from such a small size gives you an opportunity to accumulate muscle real well.

Abs on a skinny guy are like tits on a fat chick - they dont count. You're very lean but dont have much muscle bro. But the good news is you're in a perfect position to bulk, you can focus on gaining mass and strength without really worrying about getting fat. Eat more and lift

I remebmer my first months of calorie counting while doing zero exercise. I wasn't particularly big beforehand either (155lbs at 5'11) and lost almost 30lbs eating like 1200 calories a day.
In the end I had abs but felt like absolute trash, couldn't sleep and lost all of my libido. I thought I looked cool but literally everyone including my ex told me I look like shit
My energy levels feel OK but it would be great if I saw some improvements as I start gaining weight? My goal is 160lbs and if I can get there by this time next year I'd be sooo happy!

I do GOMAD as well and have seen good results. I just do GOMAD, and the bear workout program. I find the secret is in using 2% milk. Good gains without as much fat gain.
