When I go back maintenance calories I will do so by simply increasing the amount of rice I eat. That's the whole appeal of this to me. I can eat the same shit every day and just have to titrate the amount of rice I consume to manage bodyweight. It pleases my autistic mind.

Yeah, like once every two weeks I'll cook a big batch of lunch and dinner, vacuum seal into individual daily portions and freeze. then I boil some eggs and portion out sunflower seeds into bags. I don't really spend any time cooking outside of that.
