Is my gf's cut diet making her hold onto weight?

Yes, I posted this on /adv/ first sorry. It was an accident.
ANYWAYS... My GF has been trying to lose weight since January. She started at 210 and got down to 198, but has stayed there since the beginning of the month. She may have recomped a bit as she looks a LOT better than having lost just 12 pounds. I think she might not be eating enough protein or something, because her caloric intake is super fricking low. Her habits are as follows:

BREAKFAST
>Starbucks bacon egg bites (300cal, 20g fat, 19g protein)
>Coffee with cream, no sugar
LUNCH
>Smoked salmon 4 oz
>Pretzels 0.5 cup
>Clementine
>Brie cheese 2 oz
DINNER
>Chicken breast 6 oz
>Salad w/o dressing 1.5 cup
>White rice 1/2 cup
MISC
>Does not smoke pot or use drugs
>4-5 drinks a week of straight hard liquor
>On copper IUD
>Works in a daycare, so not exactly sedentary job but it does come with stress and she's been sick for about 2 weeks
>We work out together: PPLx with 20 sets per muscle group per week and 30-40 minutes cardio (incline walk, bike, or stairmaster) every day

I need help, bros. I don't know what the frick is going on with her.

Yeah, she used to be. I know for a fact she's turned her habits around but her lack of progress is starting to really get her down.

          We've done circuit training before. Her favorite cardio is an incline walk with a 10-15LB dumbbell in her hand.

    Ok, if she's having trouble losing weight, it's likely hormonal so cut the alcohol, cut the dairy and cut the nasty starbucks crap. The liver is in charge of removing excess estrogen, so if you're going to impair its job with alcohol and xenoestrogens, enjoy the extra fat the liver can't take out--- oh yeah, the liver also makes bile, the body's natural detergent to dissolve fat, and gallbladder problems are common in women. So shovel some TUDCA (1200mg) capsules into her feed and if you care about your female, you'll explain to her why alcohol will make her age like an open container of cole slaw on a hot day.

        Take tudca as long as she's losing weight and for 6 months afterward. Women get gallstones from losing weight too quickly because the liver/gallbladder can't handle removing the released fat AND dietary fat at the same time. NAC is good to take 1 week before period but also taking before alcohol if she insists (but it will eventually dry her from the inside out no matter what).

    Cut calories and bump your steps/day. At the margins, you can try cutting out salty foods and reducing stress to avoid water retention, but with month of no progress those are almost certainly not the cause. You almost certainly are undercounting.

    eat less calories, more protein and do more

    20g fat should be basically all she's eating for the day. eggs are fine just not that shit. get her on a diet of 1% milk, whey isolate, vegetable juice, whole fruit, beans, and rice. no more than 1-2tbs a day of added fat like oils or butter.

      I'll have her do two fried eggs and a piece of potato bread at home. She likes that kind of breakfast. Also going to tell her to get rid of the pretzels and do whey protein instead at lunch.

        Why potato bread...it's a cut diet, right? If she must have carbs, then its best to have that before bed to help with deeper sleep and only on days she's been doing exercise. Some women go nuts without carbs, and if she's like that then have her learn how to make herself whole grain pancakes. Processed foods fatten people up the quickest. Her diet should be predominately steamed or stir fry vegetables and some kind of animal protein. Eating apples help with satiation and learning to make home jello (gelatin powder dissolved into low sugar fruit juice or hibiscus tea, then chilled) are easy ways to feel full while getting nutrients in. If she's too lazy to cook breakfast, then a basic protein shake with 40g of whey or collagen protein and a multivitamin is sufficient.

    Eyeballing the calories here… and if anyone says shit about cico I will knife fight you.

    Breakfast 350 cal
    Lunch 475 cal
    Dinner 450 cal

    Not sure her height but she’s doing a pretty decent deficit here. I suspect either the portions are higher than you think or she may be having a small bite here and there. But also alcohol not only has a lot of calories but also similarly to sugar, it does something to the body to prevent fat loss. I forgot where I saw that from.

    Again don’t know her bmi but I’m assuming she’s either tall or obese. Lay off the weight lifting and keep it to body weight at best. It’s better to do cardio daily at where she is until she’s down to 180 lbs and below.

      She's definitely not having small bites. The biggest goblin right now is the alcohol for sure, but that's a hill that I've tried to die on and she has just flat-out refused because she wants to "have fun." At the very least I got her to start having shots and water on an empty stomach instead of 8 vodka sodas every time she goes out drinking.
