How do you make the sesame paste?
I once tried to make it from tahini and it sucked. These days I just mix mirin, soya sauce and gochujang for sweet and spicy sauce.
Ok, thanks. I don't think I saw it in local Asian grocery store but I might ask them. Sometimes they ordered different stuff just because I asked them kek.

I use this if I have it on hand, when it's cold it's thick af so mix with boiling water to get the consistency right.
You can also use peanut butter with tahini, taste test, add oyster sauce/salt/sugar until its good. This is what I used to do before I found the jars.
