                Just as an aside, from a guy who went from 170lb- 136lb during the pandemic, home workouts. I don't recommend getting that light for abs, when you get there you'll realize you lack the mass to look how you wanted. Train your Abs, and make sure the mass is there before giga cutting down to Auschwitz mode

                Yeah I got that advice and started bulking. I'm now 75 kilos and kinda fat because I way overdid it, but whatever, I'm just going to focus on progressing on lifts and cut when I'm ready.

That would suggest most people are much fatter than they think, and that it would take them more time, and the need to drop to weights lower than they first imagined to get as lean as they'd desired.               Who is to say he would be that lean? I am 76kg myself, and I actually started at 58kg and 182cm, so I know the difference. I am sixpack lean, but I can guarantee you I do not look big, I would need to bulk at least to 90kg to look big.
