I like doing 24 hour fasts and want to minimize loose skin from my cut but I have been training awhile and don't want to loose muscle. Will OMAD make me lose more muscle bros?

You'll lose muscle on a cut doing OMAD. I've seen it with Muslims who lose a lot of everything during Ramadan. Dermaroll and use lots of moisturizer if you want your skin to come back healthier. Bonus points if you use topical alcohol free witch hazel before your moisturizer and you take collagen with vitamin c

If you were in my spot, what would you do?
I'd start chosing meats that come from working muscles because of their high amounts of connective tissue. I'd be biased towards red meat due to the higher vitamin a content. I'd be eating more fruit and cheese as well. The fruit for antioxidants and vitamin c and the cheese for vitamin k. I'd increase my cardio for the week to get my autophagy going just as much as fasting would provide and I'd start a strict skincare routine. If my goals at that time were focused on gaining as much muscle as possible I wouldn't fast. If I decided that I wanted to pursue more of an ottermode physique then I'd fast but I'd give myself a 2 hour window each day to eat. I'd more than likely have a large protein shake to break the fast and then I'd have a large meal after towards the end of the window. Having something like whey to break a fast would be digested and absorbed within an hour and a half or so while my larger meal would take much longer. Two protein feedings are way better than just one but get eclipsed by having protein consistently throughout the day.

You know what's way more muscle sparing? Eating protein multiple times per day
keeping to a cut by eating protein multiple times per day is a lot harder than omad or a few hour feeding window.

That they have this secret biology hack that makes no evolutionary or biological sense and also that they're part of a higher order of ascendancy along with the rest of that group of people. Wean yourself off eating throughout the day
Fasting won’t cause you to lose muscle, anyone who says otherwise is a reward. However, it does restrict how lean you can get. Don’t ask me why because I don’t know, but I can always get much leaner by CICO and eating more frequently.
If you want to minimize loose skin, you should 10000% be fasting. I would throw in a 48 or 72 hr fast once a month too. It does make exercise difficult, which makes muscle retention more difficult.
You can always try and stop if you don’t like. Fasting is literally free.
