      This

Most fatties who do ''powerlifting'' are just lazy. I am almost exact example as above: I was at my fittest just above 140 and my PB was 485.

I did a 405 deadlift at 145lbs. Not to one up you, but it just goes to show that his training is really dogshit. Although I bulked and cut back.
This guy should never have bulked. Obviously still had noob gains left on the table

Jesus christ. I deadlift that and I'm 165lbs. Imagine thinking you have to get fat to lift 315lbs.

Jesus IST really is full of manlets

Imagine turning yourself into a fat frick just to do a 3pl8 deadlift, looool

Lmao I am DYEL but can at least rep a 3 pl8 deadlift at 12% bf and run a 5:00 min mile

Whoever told this fat frick he needs to eat big to lift big is the problem. At that weight being lifted you can still be thin

Yeah, going to the gym just to look worse than before you started is pretty mentally ill

    >increase weight to increase lifts
Ah yes. Classic starting strength. If you don't weigh at least 300lbs by the end of the program, then you're doing it wrong.

Doing ss in your garage isn't powerlifting. If you don't compete you aren't really a powerlifter.

I don't even understand where powerlifters get the idea from that you have to be a lardass to lift heavier. Maybe following pros who take "supplements" on top of bulking to be a fatass? There's nothing good about having that much fat.
    >internal organs become fatty, less effective at processing proteins and amino acids
    >store more toxins in visceral fat
    >causes a hormonal imbalance and increase estrogen
I don't see any upside to it besides minor short term gains unless you're on T and using an aromatase.

I think their priorities just suck, like i dont think they care about anything but their lifts so they just keep eating and eating even though theres not any real benefit to going above 20% bodyfat.
