They switched to DMHA now though, so you have to basically double down to get the same effect, and I’m an older millennial so that don’t want a heart attack.

I take my daily creatine and taurine, and before a workout I take some citrulline malate and some beta-alanine. It's just a small difference, but they have general health benefits so it's fine.
