besides hair loss, i mean does it make your hair dry, worsen hair quality, etc. i use an anti-dandruff shampoo followed by a conditioner.

yes, it dries out your hair to an unnatural point, and makes it feel like pine straw. though, if an every-day shampooer stopped doing so, they would have very greasy, oily hair for up to a few weeks while their hair and scalp adjusted to the stark change. eventually, their hair would settle into its natural state: just slightly more oily than with everyday use of shampoo.
>it dries out your hair to an unnatural point
What about shampoo with coconut oil etc. in it?
Every single fricking thing causes hair loss. In my 20 years, I have lost so much hair at my temples and crown. I shower every day using expensive shampoo. I have grown to hate my hair and I am actively looking for ways to speed up hair loss now.
There's this neat thing invented ten thousand years ago called a razor
Shaving your head is admitting defeat. Shaving your head is like Germany signing the Treaty of Versailles in 1919. Letting your hair grow out like Stavros Halkias is like Germany in 1945, it is over when the last hair follicle has fallen.
I concede. You are right.
>actively looking for ways to speed up hair loss
bruh
They make moisturizing hair lotion. I find it works better than conditioner.
i might try that
i thought you had to use shampoo first to use conditioner after, to remove the "residue of shampoo" or something like that
before i used shampoo, my hair was very dry, to the point where i couldn't let my hair grow longer than 6 weeks before it got hard and painful to brush.
>hair is greasy from sweating and working out
>wash the nastiness out of it
>conditioner makes my hear smooth and creamy instead of frizzy mess
shrimple as
i use anti-dandruff shampoo on my bald head every day. prevents it from getting scaly
I use it once a week and very sparingly, otherwise just water. If I use any more poo than that my scalp gets itchy and drops dead skin left and right. I think shampoo is for people that eat too much fat and need to get it out of their hair.
I have hair to my shoulders and almost every shampoo just makes it frizzy and after 2 days it gets extremely greasy. I'm trying minimal shampooing lately to see if there's a difference. So far my scalp gets really flaky and it's been only 4 days since I shampooed.
poo your hair couple times a month
condition every time if you have a decent amount of hair
if you have long hair double conditioner, i personally use mane n tail then velveteen dream
Which mane n tail do you use? I need a decent poo brand when I do seldom poo myself
just the regular stuff
>poo
Hahaha poop amirite guise?
I tried nopoo for over a year, kept getting chalazions in my eyes and my dandruff never changed. if anything it got worse.
going back on shampoo. starting with nizoral to nuke my shit then I'll go back to head & shoulders. of all the things to worry about I think this isn't one of them.
Depends how greasy you want it. Shampoo just removes the oils and such when cleaning it. If your hair is to dry shampoo less. If it’s too greasy shampoo more. If you’ve got a special scalp condition get special shampoo.
i haven't used shampoo since early 2020 and my hair is better now than what it was before
>velveteen dream
how do you clean it?
dream
what
Same, I just let cheap conditioner with argon oil sit on my scalp for a few minutes every day or two in the shower and I'm good. I have hair to my shoulders and my hair only felt greasy when I first stopped using shampoo
I only use conditioner every two days (no, that doesn't mean I only shower every two days, I still shower every day). My hair looks and feels great, plan on growing it out to my shoulders at least.
argan oil, you morons
and don't shampoo everyday, just wash with conditioner
>and don't shampoo everyday,
why
I stopped shampooing every day and it helped a lot. It does cause hair loss.
Now I shampoo like once every one or two weeks.
