It was very casual, no troubles, rode my bicycle around plenty.
I do this every few weeks for health benefits.
I don't lose muscle or strength as long as I don't overexercise and I grow back stronger every time. It keeps my skin healthy and makes me feel good. The key to it is how you break it. You need to eat a lot in one day and very little to no sugar in order to avoid refeeding syndrome.
That being said, a caloric deficit will literally shrink your fricking organs and waste your muscle, while putting your body into a starvation mode where it lowers its metabolic rate and prevents you from burning fat.
So basically these b***hes are just lazy, stupid and undisciplined. They are like a BMW, or a fridge, but with breasts.
A "fat" woman like she says, say 5'3 200lbs, needs 1650 calories to be on a deficit, that's without cardio.
Add in 10k steps a day and lifting and that's easily 2k calories a day which isn't much.
She also conveniently forgot to mention the fact that your stomach and hunger scales up with body size.
For example, 7'2 Shaq and 6'6 Zion Williamson are still fat fricks despite the fact that they'd lose weight by eating 4-5k calories while normal people would struggle to eat even 3k calories.

I gained fat initially from those boxes as well, but that's because I'm use to eating one meal a day and didn't correctly judge the amount I need to eat when cooking more than 1 meal. It took me a few weeks to normalize how much I should be eating. I could have counted calories to arrive there faster, but my weight gain was within my acceptable fluctuation range
