      Except our dishes, not just this century but over our entire history, were developed to be as palatable and calorie dense as possible. Now it's sugar and seed oils, but even before that it was carbs, meat and dairy. eating 2000 calories throughout the entire world is very easy. You either accept that you can only eat like this once a day, even making it your only meal of the day, or you find ways to skip or modify them, which if you grew up with these meals will always leave a longing for them that is going to get out of hand eventually.

    I'm 21, male, I just finished a fast of 4 days.
    All I ingested was salt and water.
    It was very casual, no troubles, rode my bicycle around plenty.
    I do this every few weeks for health benefits.
    I don't lose muscle or strength as long as I don't overexercise and I grow back stronger every time. It keeps my skin healthy and makes me feel good. The key to it is how you break it. You need to eat a lot in one day and very little to no sugar in order to avoid refeeding syndrome.
    That being said, a caloric deficit will literally shrink your fricking organs and waste your muscle, while putting your body into a starvation mode where it lowers its metabolic rate and prevents you from burning fat.
    So basically these b***hes are just lazy, stupid and undisciplined. They are like a BMW, or a fridge, but with breasts.

    that is complete and utter BS.

    A "fat" woman like she says, say 5'3 200lbs, needs 1650 calories to be on a deficit, that's without cardio.

    Add in 10k steps a day and lifting and that's easily 2k calories a day which isn't much.

    She also conveniently forgot to mention the fact that your stomach and hunger scales up with body size.

    For example, 7'2 Shaq and 6'6 Zion Williamson are still fat fricks despite the fact that they'd lose weight by eating 4-5k calories while normal people would struggle to eat even 3k calories.

    It actually is weird how differently women's bodies gain and lose weight. At the start of COVID, my wife and I decided to use it as an opportunity to diet. We had all of our groceries delivered, we had ZERO junk food in the house, and neither one of us went anywhere for like a month because we were both getting government unemployment bux, so there really wasn't any opportunity to "cheat". She was eating around 1100 a day and I was eating closer to 1800 (I also drank liquor every now and again which I never factored in). After three weeks, I had lost like 19 lbs, and she had gained 3.

      I gained fat initially from those boxes as well, but that's because I'm use to eating one meal a day and didn't correctly judge the amount I need to eat when cooking more than 1 meal. It took me a few weeks to normalize how much I should be eating. I could have counted calories to arrive there faster, but my weight gain was within my acceptable fluctuation range

    She's not wrong, it's extremely fricking difficult to lose weight when you're running on E. Normal guys are carried by their testosterone keeping their BMR high with muscle mass. My actual TDEE is like 400kcal lower than what the calculators say, and I can't lose fat without taking a chunk of lean mass with it which makes things even harder.

          It's your personal issue, but you still have beochemical advantage in comparison to cis women. Estrogen has been proven to promote use of satellite cells and muscle recovery. Also due to muscular memory you have easier time to gain muscles to pretransition level (you basically have a history of light roiding).

      It's because so many people eat 1200 calories for breakfast, that would mean going without food for the rest of the day.

      The solution is to eat low calorie, high volume food with high nutrient contents. But that's too "difficult, time consuming and expensive".

      Your body is worth all the time and money in the world. A few hours a week and a few hundred dollars a month is absolutely worth good health.
