The problem with surgery is it starts and stops with you. Lamarck was wrong. So, what you're doing is tricking women into having sex with you, where you will pass your terrible genes off onto your sad offspring who, in their turn, will also need surgery in order to find a mate, all on down the line.

So many factors outside just genetics could have influenced your facial features developing how they did. Teeth grinding, mouth breathing, etc. and no one told you what to do while you were developing. You may have had the genes to have a pretty decent 7/10 face, but because you ground your teeth and mouth breathed from the age of 6 all the way to adulthood, you now have a shit chain and jaw and severely asymmetrical face instead. So frick it.

I was very neglectful of my teeth as a kid and teen and they have some stains on the front. Would getting them slightly whitened just so the stains aren’t visible considered acceptable as far as cosmetic procedures go? It’s something I’d never have to do if I actually took care of my teeth in the first place so really it’s correcting a mistake I made, like someone getting surgery to bend their nose back into place after breaking it.
